Description
While going to a park near the town where I live, I discovered that there is this Skatepark. I had never heard of it until now. The skatepark is medium-sized and well lit even at night.
When I was young I used to go skateboarding and we didn't have similar facilities near our house, in fact, skateboarding wasn't a very popular sport in Italy in the early 90s.
This skatepark is equipped with ramps and sidewalks with tubes to slide on.
In my time the athletes we followed were Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero, Tony Alva, Stacey Peralta.
History
The history of skateboarding began in the 50s and began to slowly evolve until today. In the 50s one of the places that seems to have given birth or helped the birth of this sport was California.
-1973-
In 1973 there was a major evolution related to the wheel part of the skateboard that was reinvented by Frank Nasworthy.
The main trick to learn is the ollie, that is, the jump with the skateboard that remains attached to the feet.
-2020-
Skateboarding made its debut at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games
-2024-
Skateboarding is in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and there will be the men's park competition on August 7th.

Nell’andare in un parco vicino al paese dove abito, ho scoperto che c’è questo Skatepark. Non ne avevo mai sentito parlare fino ad ora. Lo skatepark e di medie dimensioni e ben illuminato anche di sera.
Da giovane andavo in skateboard e noi non avevamo vicino a casa a disposizione strutture simili, anzi, lo skateboard non era uno sport molto praticato in Italia agli inizi degli anni 90.
Questo skatepark è fornito di rampe e marciapiedi con tubolari per scivolarci sopra.
Ai miei tempi gli atleti che seguivamo erano Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero, Tony Alva, Stacey Peralta.
Storia
La storia dello skateboard nasce negli anni 50 e inizia ad evolversi lentamente fino ad oggi. Negli anni 50 uno dei posti che sembra abbiano dato vita o aiutato la nascita di questo sport è stata la California.

Nel 1973 ci fu un'evoluzione importante relativa alla parte ruota dello skateboard che fu reinventata Frank Nasworthy.
Il trick principale da imparare è l’ollie, ovvero il salto con lo skateboard che rimane attaccato ai piedi.

Lo skateboard ha fatto il suo debutto ai giochi olimpici di Tokyo 2020
-2024-
Lo skateboard è nei giochi olimpici di Parigi 2024 e ci sarà la gara dedicata al park uomini il 07 Agosto.
