This set of photographs is dedicated to this small restaurant dedicated entirely to burgers.
The place is called Birgo Burger and is located in Rimini, more precisely in San Vito - Via Vecchia Emilia 193 (RN)
The place is beautifully furnished and at the entrance there is a working mill wheel.
Also in the entrance area there are plants and wooden tables. The colors are reminiscent of those of a forest.
The place is known for making very good burgers. As far as I'm concerned, I can confirm that they are truly delicious.
The idea was born from the desire to create a place that cooks burgers with ingredients from local producers. The combination is a winning one because freshness and goodness accompany these burgers. Birgo Burger is an idea that comes from the countryside, in contrast with the large fast food chains and which defends small village shops by selecting only healthy food for its products.

Questo set di fotografie è dedicato a questo piccolo ristorante dedicato totalmente agli hamburger.
Il locale si chiama Birgo Burger e si trova a Rimini più precisamente a San Vito - Via Vecchia Emilia 193 (RN)
Il locale è arredato magnificamente e all’ingresso c’è una ruota di mulino funzionante.
Sempre nella zona d’ingresso si trovano piante e tavoli in legno. I colori ricordano quelli di un bosco.
Il posto è noto per fare hamburger molto buoni. Per quanto mi riguarda confermo che sono davvero deliziosi.
L’idea nasce dalla voglia di creare un locale che cucina hamburger con gli ingredienti dei produttori locali. La combinazione è vincente perché freschezza e bontà accompagnano questi hamburger. Birgo Burger è un’idea che nasce dalla campagna, in contrasto con le grandi catene di fast food e che difende le piccole botteghe di paese selezionando solo cibo sano per i propri prodotti.
