Considerations
The last time I collected rewards was 10-08-2022, today is 22-10-2022.
It has been 73 days since I last collected rewards, rewards that were derived from blogging activity here on Steemit.
Today, the rewards received are as follows: 85,778 STEEM, 0,127 SBD , 158,686 SP and 149,210 TRX
Let's see what the value of the rewards are in dollars and euros.
The first thing to do is to check the current value of the coins received as rewards. Below is a list of the current values of the relevant coins received:
SBD = $2.28
STEEM = $0.22
TRX = $0.06
Here are the links from where I got the prices of the coins:

The value of SBD compared to 73 days ago has decreased from 3.21$ to 2.28$, STEEM has decreased from 0.25$ to 0.22$, finally TRX has remained unchanged, in fact it was worth 0.06$ and today it is at 0.06$.
I now go on to multiply the quantities of the individual coins by their relative value. From this I get the total reward in dollars and the result is $61.70, which corresponds to €62.57. In crypto this would be 0.0032 Bitcoin, or 1.18 Litecoin.
The daily average I had previously obtained was $1.09 per day, which corresponded to €1.05.
Instead, the daily average for this last period was $0.84, which corresponds to €0.85.
Going instead to calculate the daily average excluding the FIAT world and calculating everything in Bitcoin I note that
in these last 73 days I have been rewarded for my work with 0.00004 BTC per day, while the previous time I had earned about 0.00005 BTC each day.
Taking stock of the STEEMs, adding the SPs to the STEEMs in the previous period I had received a reward of 3.7 STEEMs per day, while in the last period I earned 244 STEEMs, or 3.3 STEEMs per day

Conclusions
Compared to the check I had done previously my daily reward from blogging on Steemit has decreased over the last 73 days from €1.05 per day to €0.85 per day. In this last period I have had a 20% drop in earnings from blogging. If we look at how much the reward has changed in STEEM, we go from 3.7 STEEM per day to 3.3 STEEM per day.

Question
In bearish periods, interactions normally tend to drop. Do you tend to slow down interaction during bearish periods?

Considerazioni
L’ultima volta che ho ritirato le ricompense era il 10-08-2022, oggi siamo il 22-10-2022.
Sono passati 73 giorni dall'ultimo ritiro delle ricompense, ricompense che sono state ricavate dall'attività di blogging qui su Steemit.
Quest’oggi le ricompense ricevute sono le seguenti: 85.778 STEEM, 0.127 SBD , 158.686 SP and 149.210 TRX
Vediamo qual è il valore delle ricompense in dollari e in euro.
La prima cosa da fare è verificare il valore attuale delle monete ricevute come ricompensa. Qui di seguito l’elenco dei valori aggiornati delle relative monete ricevute:
SBD = 2,28 $
STEEM = 0,22$
TRX = 0,06$
QUi di seguito i link da dove ho preso i prezzi delle monete:

Il valore dell’SBD rispetto a 73 giorni fa è diminuito passando da 3,21$ a 2,28 $, lo STEEM è diminuito da 0,25$ a 0,22$, infine TRX è rimasto invariato, valeva infatti 0,06$ ed oggi è a 0,06$
Ora vado a moltiplicare le quantità delle singole monete per il loro relativo valore. Da questa operazione ottengo il totale della ricompensa in dollari ed il risultato è di 61,70 $, che corrispondono a 62,57 €. In crypto sarebbero 0,0032 Bitcoin, o 1,18 Litecoin.
La media giornaliera che avevo ottenuto in precedenza era di 1,09 $ al giorno, che corrispondevano a 1,05 €.
Invece la media giornaliera di questo ultimo periodo è stata di 0,84 $, che corrispondono a 0,85 €.
Andando invece a calcolare la media giornaliera escludendo il mondo FIAT e calcolando tutto in Bitcoin noto che
in questi ultimi 73 giorni sono stato ricompensato per il mio lavoro con 0,00004 BTC al giorno, mentre la volta precedente avevo guadagnato ogni giorno circa 0,00005 BTC.
Facendo un bilancio degli STEEM, sommando gli SP agli STEEM nel periodo precedente avevo ricevuto una ricompensa pari a 3,7 STEEM al giorno, mentre nell’ultimo periodo ho guadagnato 244 STEEM, cioè 3,3 STEEM al giorno

Conclusioni
In confronto al controllo che avevo fatto in precedenza la mia ricompensa giornaliera ricavata dal blogging su Steemit, negli ultimi 73 giorni, è diminuita passando da 1,05 € al giorno a 0,85 € al giorno. In questo ultimo periodo ho avuto un calo del 20% dei guadagni sul blogging. Se andiamo a vedere quanto è variata la ricompensa in STEEM, passiamo da 3,7 STEEM al giorno a 3,3 STEEM al giorno.
