How nice that you noticed Steem's Got Talent!!!
Tino from @famigliacurione and I are doing a work of collaboration and brainstorming because we believe this can be a really interesting idea.
It's clear that your support (not so much in terms of upvotes, but in terms of broadcast and guidance for the project) would be crucial.
Unfortunately Dear Italy, which was predominantly based on the spirit of initiative and aggregation of the various Country Reps, from this point, was a failure.
But it was a very important test, which allowed us to get in touch with other communities and in particular with that of Sri Lanka. In fact, we will follow up, dedicating our space on Italy to posts that talk about their Country.
We are doing our best and we will continue to do so.
Some new users have arrived, some have returned...the number of people who write in the community has doubled in just over a week.
So our motivation is high.
Thank you very much and you will soon have updates about Steem's Got Talent

Hopefully the Country Representatives will begin to work together more as a group.

It's relatively recently that the role of Country Rep has been created, so it's normal that we have to grow and evolve.
We are now coordinators, community points of reference, and that's okay...but it would be great if we became ministers of one big government. It's not easy, but we can try.
I know well that you can't be everywhere, a little visibility could just be good for us, always with the common goal to involving, rewarding and connecting as many people as possible.
