How are you today, I hope all is well without missing a single thing. Today I will share some pictures of fruits that have been cut into small pieces and put into transparent white plastic cups. Inside this white cup consists of various types of fruits that have been peeled and cut into small pieces, such as pineapple, watermelon, melon and also papaya.

All these pieces of fruit are not for me to eat myself, but all the pieces of fruit that have been put into this cup are to be distributed to the community who attend the posyandu event later in Menasah, my village. The fruits that have been cut into small pieces that have been put into this cup number more than 50.

Indeed, it must be made in large quantities, so that the people who attend the posyandu event later all get a share. So that's why the pieces of fruit are made in large quantities. We chose watermelon, pineapple, melon and papaya, because these fruits contain vitamins that are good for health. For example, vitamins A, B and C, which are good for the eyes, heart, skin, and all body parts. After all the pieces of fruit are put into fruit cups, they are now ready to be taken to the menasah to be distributed to the community at today's posyandu event in our village.

The posyandu event itself is routinely held once a week in our village, and before the posyandu event takes place, it will be announced first by the village head. So that all the people know when the event is and can get ready to come to the posyandu event. The community that is included in the posyandu category consists of babies, teenagers aged 10-15 years, then the elderly aged 60 years and over. Doctors and nurses who are experts in their fields are also present at the posyandu event. The tools used at the posyandu event usually include scales to weigh babies. All budgets for this posyandu activity come from village funds which are a one-time expenditure of 2.5 million rupiah. Of course, this posyandu activity aims for the good and health of our village community. All of us village residents strongly support the posyandu event.
