The Boxer Mantis - Macro Photography
Some time ago, I stumbled upon this boxing insect on a flower. It is noted to be boxing mantis. It was hanging on it with something that it caught. That was close to its nectar and I think it's a butterfly or other smaller insects it captured.
The smaller insect was so tiny that I couldn't actually recognize what it was. And more so, it squeezed it beyond notice.
To one, food has landed while to the other, one of them is gone. Such is life in the wild and it is survival of the fittest.
Thank you, friend!

Exactly, it is the survival of the fittest, this animal literally kills the insect.
What's sad, in this world there are people who want to do the same with other people, they attack a person and if the person does not defend themselves they finish them psychologically and sometimes also physically, and it is NOT for survival
You are right. And i wonder shy they chose to attack their fellow. Do they think they are special and more important than others?
