The factions in the field are opposing, on one side my landlord, or rather his wife to be precise, who is a hallucinating pain in the ass as regards the matter of cleaning the square and neighboring parts, she would always be the one of the 5 external cleanings a week, which are honestly too many, because they are still external areas, not an apartment, so it's ok for cleaning but everything has a limit, on the other hand the two new apartment owners, who have when they arrived they said clearly, without too many hairs on their tongue, that they don't care about the cleanliness of the square...

For some time now I had slowed down the cleaning of the square, because I had the feeling of stealing the money, as there aren't many leaves and twigs to remove in the middle of summer, so I didn't even charge anything for the 2 hot months, but this is not good, for my landlord's wife, as she demands a higher level cleaning, that at least once a week I make a pass over the entire external surface, and if necessary even two, especially in the winter months...

After having made these things clear to all the condominiums for the umpteenth time, it was finally established that cleaning should be carried out once a week, so I left, just today, after having cleaned 4 staircases, with the first one not complete , the work of removing some weeds, which had grown here and there, as well as cleaning all the thresholds of the perimeter walls, to sweep and tear up the access landing to the garages, were the first jobs that were left behind, next week I do even more, the temperatures should finally drop, we can't stand it anymore, even today it's 35 degrees outside...

Piazzale di casa, una bella storia davvero, con apposite posizioni, io sono in mezzo, in precario equilibrio, ma veniamo ai fatti, che sono stati ampiamenti rivisitati in una riunione, che si è tenuta in due tempi, tra mercoledì e giovedì pomeriggio...

Le fazioni in campo sono contrapposte, da una parte il mio padrone di casa, anzi, sua moglie per essere precisi, che è un'allucinante rompipalle per quello che riguarda il discorso della pulizia del piazzale e parti limitrofe, lei sarebbe sempre quella delle 5 pulizie esterne a settimana, che sinceramente sono troppe, perché sono pur sempre zone esterne, non un appartamento, per cui ok per la pulizia ma tutto ha un limite, dalla parte opposta i due nuovi padroni di appartamenti, che sin da quando sono arrivati hanno detto chiaro e tondo, senza tanti peli sulla lingua, che a loro della pulizia del piazzale non importa nulla...

Io da qualche tempo a questa parte avevo rallentato le pulizie del piazzale, perché avevo come la sensazione di rubare i soldi, in quanto di foglie e rametti da rimuovere in piena estate non ce ne sono tanti, per cui non ho addirittura addebitato nulla per i 2 mesi caldi, ma questo non sta bene, per la moglie del mio padrone di casa, in quanto lei pretende una pulizia di livello superiore, che almeno una volta a settimana io faccia un passaggio in tutta la superficie esterna, e se occorre anche due, soprattutto nei mesi invernali...

Dopo aver per l'ennesima volta fatto presenti queste cose a tutti i condomini, finalmente si è stabilito che una volta a settimana le pulizie vanno eseguite, per cui sono ripartito, proprio oggi, dopo aver pulito 4 scale, con una prima, non completa, opera di rimozione di qualche erbaccia, che era cresciuta qua e là, oltre a ripulire tutte le soglie delle mura perimetrali, per andare a spazzare e stracciare il pianerottolo di accesso ai garages, erano i primi lavori che erano rimasti indietro, la settimana prossima faccio ancora di più, si dovrebbero finalmente abbassare le temperature, non se ne può più, anche oggi 35 gradi di fuori...
