Day started right sideways, tonight, around 3, I woke up all wet with sweat, my forehead as if I had been thrown a bucket of water, I don't know what it depends on, certainly I have long lacked tranquility, some people who gravitate around me I am not sure of the examples of elements that do not negatively affect my mood and my psychophysical conditions...

With a base of this type, the rest of the night / early morning was tormented and full of interruptions in the continuity of sleep, coming to give me a good headache when I woke up, which dragged on until lunchtime, two chatter, a joke, some practical considerations and a good coffee have certainly influenced to let everything pass, at this precise moment, doing the debts, I have no consequence of the disastrous night, but it is too early to sing victory, because it is certain the first night, in recent times, when I cannot rest decently...

The very fact that there is something wrong is also evidenced by the fact that I am constantly getting the shock, or rather, it should be called static energy more properly, I take it everywhere, door handles, various cutlery, door handle. car, today another novelty, I shocked twice by touching the delete key on the computer, complete with sparks, I don't know where I can accumulate such a charge, certainly it is extremely annoying, they told me that it may be the rubber slippers I wear when I'm at home, but even with shoes it often happens, I tried a few minutes ago to put shoes on at home too, nothing, another shock by touching the door, honestly I'm really breaking my balls of this fact, which has been going on for several months now, there was a small period, lasted a few days, in which I was exempted from this annoying phenomenon, I also tried to replicate what I had done in those specific days, it was of little use, the small daily sentence resumed...

Let's leave us with a comment on the 2 daisies I sent in support of this post, one is still very young, not fully developed, while the other now has full extension, now the field behind the square of the house is for the most part carpeted by these nice ones and spring flowers, spring is near, not only as a departure date...

Giornata partita proprio di traverso, questa notte, verso le 3, mi sono svegliato tutto bagnato di sudore, la fronte come se mi avessero tirato una secchiata d'acqua, non so bene da cosa dipenda, certamente mi manca da tempo la tranquillità, alcune persone che mi gravitano intorno non sono certo degli esempi di elementi che non influiscono negativamente sul mio umore e sulle mie condizioni psicofisiche...

Con una base di questa tipologia, il resto della nottata/inizio mattinata è stato tormentato e pieno di interruzioni nella continuità del sonno, arrivando a procurarmi al mio risveglio un bel mal di testa, che si è trascinato fino all'ora di pranzo, due chiacchiere, una battuta, qualche considerazione di ordine pratico e un buon caffè hanno certamente influito per far passare il tutto, in questo preciso momento, facendo i debiti scongiuri, non ho nessuna conseguenza della nottata nefasta, ma è presto per cantare vittoria, perché non è certa la prima notte, negli ultimi tempi, in cui non riesco a riposare decentemente...

Il fatto stesso che ci sia un qualcosa che non va per il verso giusto è testimoniato anche dal fatto che sto prendendo costantemente la scossa, o meglio, dovrebbe chiamarsi più propriamente energia statica, la prendo ovunque, maniglie delle porte, posate varie, maniglia della vettura, oggi un'altra novità, ho preso per 2 volte la scossa toccando il tasto del canc del computer, con tanto di scintille, non so proprio dove posso accumulare una tale carica, di certo è estremamente fastidioso, mi hanno detto che possono essere le ciabatte di gomma che calzo quando sono in casa, ma anche con le scarpe mi capita spesso, ho provato pochi minuti fa a mettere scarpe anche in casa, nulla, un'altra scossa toccando la porta, sinceramente mi sto proprio rompendo le palle di questo fatto, che si sta protraendo da diversi mesi ormai, c'è stato un piccolo periodo, durato qualche giorno, in cui sono stato esentato da questo fastidiosissimo fenomeno, ho pure cercato di replicare quello che avevo fatto in quegli specifici giorni, è servito a poco, la piccola condanna quotidiana è ripresa...

Lasciamoci con un commento alle 2 margherite che ho inviato a corredo di questo post, una è ancora giovanissima, non completamente sviluppata, mentre l'altra ormai ha piena estensione, ormai il campo dietro al piazzale di casa è per buona parte tappezzato da questi simpatici e primaverili fiori, la primavera è vicina, non solamente come data di partenza...
