Suppose I earn 50 steem per week. If I sell 20 steem, Do I need to power up 20 steem or 30 steem??
Actually I want to save 10 steem in my wallet.
I believe that is the idea, to not have more than 50% of your rewards exit. They are still working out the details, so I don't know if you will be required to Power Up the other 50%.

I stand corrected, you should Power Up 50% of your rewards if you want to join the Club 50/50!
