Hello everyone!

It has been a while since I had been planning to make an investment to increase my SP.

And since I'm dealing with the Italian community, I wanted it to be something that would bring a benefit not only to me, but also to the people who are currently active on the platform and especially on the Community Italy.

Since I have a fairly effective curation trail and have been writing and upvoting with some regularity for the past few months, I thought I'd request a delegation.

And knowing that getting a delegation totally free from a stakeholder or whale is a really tough feat, I decided to offer a contribution in return.

In the last few weeks I had talked on Discord (in a very discontinuous way to be honest) with a user, with whom it seemed there could be an agreement to take an important delegation, but then nothing was done.

Actually I'd be waiting for an answer, but it's been a long time and so I interpret his as a no.

Meanwhile, I discovered a platform that I had only heard of, namely DLease.io, developed by BuildTeam.
So, since I was already on their Discord server, I started getting information and understanding a little more.

DLease makes a mediation service between users who want to delegate and users who want to purchase proxies.

[I point out from now that mine is in no way an advertisement for this service...they absolutely don't know that I'm talking about it.
I just used it and maybe I think it might be useful to know how it works.]

I have seen that it gives the possibility to request a lease of any amount, for a period of time of your choice and leaving the user the choice of how many Steems to offer for each week.

So I tried to enter my request/proposal:

A lease of SP 50,000.00 for 6 weeks,for a payment of 200 Steem per week.

It's also possible to split the entire amount into several parts and so I divided in half, requesting two leases of 25,000.00 SP for each.

I immediately transferred 1200.00 Steem to DLease and my offer was placed in their Market.

If nobody accepts my offer, I have been told that I will be able to get the amount back in 3 days.

Among other things, it is the delegation request with the highest amount at this time on the DLease platform.

I hope this investment will be successful...it is an experiment that I would like to do to understand what benefit the Italian community can derive from such an action.

Ciao a tutti!

Era da un po' di tempo che avevo in mente di fare un investimento per accrescere il mio SP.
E visto che mi sto occupando della comunità italiana, volevo fosse qualcosa che portasse un beneficio non solo a me, ma anche alle persone che in questo momento sono attive sulla piattaforma e soprattutto sulla Community Italy.

Poiché ho un trail di curation abbastanza efficace e negli ultimi mesi sto scrivendo e votando con una certa regolarità, ho pensato di richiedere una delega.

E sapendo che ottenere una delega in modo totalmente gratuito da uno stakeholder o da una balena della piattaforma è un'impresa davvero ardua, ho deciso di offrire un contributo in cambio.

Nelle ultime settimane avevo colloquiato su Discord (in maniera molto discontinua per la verità) con un utente, con il quale sembrava potesse esserci un'intesa per prendere una delega importante, ma poi non se n'è fatto nulla.

In realtà sarei in attesa di una risposta, ma è passato molto tempo e quindi interpreto il suo come un no.

Intanto, ho scoperto una piattaforma che avevo solo sentito nominare, cioè DLease.io, sviluppata da BuildTeam. Così, visto che ero già nel loro server Discord, ho iniziato a prendere informazioni e a capirci un po' di più.

DLease fa un servizio di mediazione tra utenti che vogliono delegare e utenti che vogliono acquistare delle deleghe.

[Preciso fin da subito che la mia non è in nessun modo una pubblicità a questo servizio...loro non sanno assolutamente che io ne sto parlando.
Semplicemente, l'ho utilizzato e magari penso che possa esservi utile sapere come funziona.]

Ho visto che da la possibilità di richiedere una delega di qualsiasi importo, per un periodo di tempo a scelta e lasciando all'utente la scelta di quanti Steem offrire per ogni settimana.

Così ho provato ad inserire la mia richiesta/proposta:

Una delega di 50.000,00 SP per 6 settimane, a fronte del pagamento di 200 Steem a settimana.

E' possibile anche splittare l'intero importo in più parti e così ho diviso a metà, richiedendo due deleghe da 25.000,00 SP.

Ho trasferito immediatamente 1200,00 Steem a DLease e la mia offerta è stata inserita nel loro Market.

Qualora nessuno dovesse accettare la mia proposta, mi è stato riferito che potrò riavere indietro l'importo in 3 giorni.

E' tra l'altro la richiesta di delega con l'importo più alto in questo momento sulla piattaforma DLease.

Mi auguro che questo investimento possa andare a buon fine...è un esperimento che vorrei fare per capire quale beneficio potrà trarre la comunità italiana da un'azione del genere.

    Wow how do i cheat the system like that to get paid? Its my first day on here.
    Do i just have to ask someone to delagate money to me then upvote myself to get paid out like your doing?

    Nice way to introduce yourself onto a platform that you know little about. Nice name to choose as well; it clearly shows what you plan to contribute to the community. It's people like you that have nothing to offer, other than your negativity, that prefer trolling those who are actually doing something constructive to help self and others. You obviously have no sense of professionalism, entrepreneurialism and certainly no sense of manners. @girolamomarotta is a real man who does not need to hide behind a pseudonym, a real man who cares for his family and a real man who cares about the communities he is involved with. If you want to behave like an obstreperous child, you can always move over to HIVE, where you will find plenty of trolling, bigotry, racism, demagoguery and all the negativity you like. Get off your high horse and actually learn something about Steem before you decide to waste our time with your hubris!
