I think that football evolves at the speed of light and that 'old' coaches such as Allegri, Mourinho and Sarri nowadays have ideas that are no longer suitable for competing at the highest level. But it is true what you say, he is a very experienced and, in the past, also an intelligent coach. He should just drop some of his arrogance and try to bring himself up to date.
That's right, arrogance is what we don't like about him. As a senior coach, he should act more professionally.
