서소문 성지를 지나는길에
서소문은 조선시대 서울에 있었던 4개의 소문 중 하나로, 서대문과 함께 아직까지 복원되지 못한 성문입니다.
이곳은 시신을 성 밖으로 운반하던 통로로 사용되기도 했습니다.
서소문 밖 네거리에는 한강으로 흐르는 만초천이 있었고 주변으로 취락이 형성되고 저잣거리가 발달했습니다.
순교자들의 희생을 기리는 곳이기도 하며, 역사적인 의미를 지니고 있습니다.

Seosomun is one of the small door that existed in Seoul during the Joseon Dynasty, and it is a castle gate that has not yet been restored along with Seodaemun.
It was also used as a conduit for transporting bodies out of the castle.
On the four streets outside Seosomun, there was Manchocheon Stream flowing into the Han River, and villages were formed around it and low streets were developed.
It is also a place to honor the sacrifices of martyrs and has historical significance.

西小门是朝鲜时代在首尔的四个传闻之一，是与西大门一起至今尚未复原的城门。
