How about books? Reading? You can of course download films in case of need and... a powerbank (or 3) will do the trick.
Are you familiar with fanbases? There's an option to schedule posts. Perhaps worth trying out? You could write a bit ahead.
It's annoying no wifi and no power (if so I have no water either) but it's a great moment to sleep, clean up and write with a pencil again if the phone might be empty.

I couldn't pay the internet yet 🥴 just the energy bill. If you are a minor I can adopt you for in case of need so I don't have to be on a waiting list for 8 years, paying 25k euros or twice as much for a child I don't want.
