What are the health benefits of fasting in Ramadan?
As is known, fasting can provide health benefits, some of the health benefits are that one can reduce weight, yes fasting can reduce weight if done correctly because fat will be burned by the body as a result of fasting, of course this is a positive thing for people who want to lose weight
After that, fasting can also reduce bad cholesterol, as it is known that bad cholesterol is very dangerous for health, so by fasting we can reduce bad cholesterol levels which causes the heart to become healthier so fasting is the thing that provides the most health benefits.

What items do you keep at Iftar?

I usually keep foods like dates and rice as a menu to break the fast, breaking the fast with dates and followed by rice and then a glass of water, I think that's enough for me to break the fast because it's very good for my health without consuming too much food.

Do you prefer to have Iftar with your family members?

Of course I prefer breaking the fast with my family because breaking the fast with my family is an unforgettable moment and brings joy to myself, with happy laughter when breaking the fast together is a moment that everyone wants, because family is everything to me. Of course, most other people also want to break the fast with their family because of these factors.

Yes, there are several things that misconceptions about fasting, namely
  1. Fasting is not just about not eating and drinking, but fasting is also something more than that, such as refraining from all bad actions, can test patience and can increase worship

  2. After that, fasting is not only for adults, but fasting can also be done by children so that they become so that children are more accustomed when becoming adults

  3. And finally, the most common misconception is that you should not do physical activity such as exercising. Of course this concept is wrong because some people also do physical activity, namely by doing light exercise so that they can improve the health of their bodies.

A time to be in our best behaviour and a time to help the needy. And aside all of this there are benefits attached to fasting which are , help our body to detoxify, help to balance our sugar level and blood pressure.
