In our life , When we reach on muture age, our mind starts to plan for success. In our mind couple of ideas 💡 come to make plans and move towards our successful projects. But lack of knowledge or platform we fail in life. Today I will share you important points to implement in your life and attained your goals or plans successfully. Let's start to basic concepts about projects and plans than will move next Project Planning

Project

Project relates to interrelated activities that are directed link to achieve desired plans or objects in life.
Project have specific time frame to accomplish our goals. Time frame is based on nature of plans. Projects have some specific characteristics Which all the activities based on them.

These all characteristics are meant in a successful projects. If one is missing than you will confuse how to move forward with your projects. Let's share with you about these term SMART OR SMARTER in details.

Letter	word	Means
S	Specific	Clear understanding about project plans✍️
M	Measure	Project progress can be measurable📏
A	Achievable	Goals should be realistic and attainable💡
R	Relevant	Every step of a project is interrelated with each other
T	Time based	It has specific time period to complete it ⏳

So,I have compiled all the characteristics in a table, which can be understand easily
Let's move on concept of plans

Plans

Plans basically are our inner imagination, capacity or quality to think productive and practical for completely our projects successfully

We have to clear in our plans.For this let's me to discuss with you level of planning

Level	character	Out Put
Normative Planning	Ought	policy/plan🧖

Operational planning	Will	Project📽️

Hence, these all the levels shows the Planning of our projects. It's all about enthusiasm about our project that What can we think, what our goals and what we want to attained successfully.
If we follow first level than we can just imagine our plans to accomplish in dreams,✨ if we consider 3rd level than we motive ourself to implement in reality. And than automatic follow the 2nd level successfully.

Project Planning Process

Project Planning Process are 3 P's which have complete pakage to proceed our desired goals or objectives in life

• Project Goals
  A project is successful when it's works in a team and goals are mentioned clearly among all the team members. Beside this Smart or Smarter characteristics also included in 1st PPP.

  Once you have clear established set of goals within a team than you will move ahead project Deliverable process.
• Project Deliverable
  It means you have to create or list out the things which needs to deliver in order to meet the desired plans. ⏳Specify clearly when and how quantity of item will deliver on time and date.

  After completion of 2nd Step move on Project Schedule which includes date 📅 and Time to proceed project at 🔚 ending process.
• Project Schedule
  Created the list of task and selected the delivery items than quality of time also added. How much effort or couple of hours and days are needed to complete project successfully.

  With the collaboration of Team members , it's easily to mark the schedule of project completion.
• Supporting plans
  The last but not least is supporting plans which includes the plans which should create as a part of project planning process.
  Which have Human Resource Plan, Communication plan and Risk Management Plan
