Hope you all are good and safe. Siz Contests really educate us about knowledge of different new topics and engage too. Many siz members are doing great work to educate all.

We all are aware of Green tea and it's a part of daily life of mostly people. According to research after water, tea is the drink which is consumed by in the world. All types of teas are basically derived from tea plant.

Green teas are dried leaves of tea plant (Camellia sinensis bush) while other teas are formed oxidation of these leaves. That's the reason green tea has high amount of benifical antioxidants and polyphenol.

  • Unsweetened Green tea has very low calorie that is 3 calorie per cup.
  • It contains 29 MG of caffeine per cup.
  • It has highest amount of antioxidants than other tea.

Daily intake of green tea lower the( LDL) cholesterol levels of body. And improve the heart health and it is scientifically proven by several studies.

Green tea has many other positive effects on your body like it may reduce stress, improve arthritis, may protect dental cavity, reduce chronic fatigue etc.
