Today I'm sharing health benefits of ginger root we all aware of its use in kitchen as spice. Ginger is used as medicine. Indians and Chinese have overv5000 years history of usage of ginger as tonic. Ginger is commonly used as Medicen for flu, stomach pain, nausea and other health problems.

Nutrition :

As ginger is used in very low quantities so it does not provide you many vitamins and minerals or calories to body but it contains good source of antioxidants.

Health Benefits Of Ginger :

There are several benefits that can be get from ginger, some of them are given

1- it fights with germs:

Fresh ginger contains some chemicals and antibiotics that fights with some kind of bacteria and protect body from some kind of infection. It also fights with viruses too.

2-For good mouth health :

Ginger contains an active compound gingerol that keep protect your gums from serious infections and also brighten your smile too.

3-to cure nausea :

Ginger help to ease the nausea and specially in pregnancy. It also helps to settle build up gases in intestines. It may gives relief in seasickness.

4-To soothing sore mussels :

Regular use of ginger decreased soreness of muscle over time. It may decrease the aches of muscle from exercise. If you are doing work out and take ginger tea than you will experience less pain next day. If you ate very tired than ginger tea will ease your body pain too.

5-control blood sugar level :

Some new study tells that used of ginger help insulin to work properly so it helps to control blood sugar levels. More studies are needed to find either it works or at what level.

6-To relieve periods pain :

Ginger powder or fresh ginger can be taken to ease pain during periods. Researched on women has proven that it really ease pain during that time of periods if 15mg of ginger powder is taken during 3days of mensturation cycle.

7-To lower cholesterol levels :

Studies have shown results that ginger has ability to lower LDL from your body. If anyone takes 5gm of ginger powder in one day for 3 months then he can lower his LDL up to 30piints.

Ginger contains many antioxidants 5hat help to protect body from different diseases like disease like heart disease, lungs disease, high blood pressure etc. It promotes healthy aging and protect body from stress and demaged by body DNA
