Hope you all have learned new and easy skin care tips. Today I'm going to share diets that help to keep our skin healthy and fresh and some facial exercises that keep our skin healthy and provide anti aging effects on your skin.
Skin care is not a magic spell that once you do and you will be beautiful. It's all about care of your skin on regular basis, adopting healthy eating habits and healthy lifestyle. First I will tell you name of some foods that are best for your skin.
Foods That Are Best For Skin :
Your skin always reflects what you eat. If you are taking balance healthy diets your skin as well as your health will be good.Those foods which are loaded with antioxidants are beneficial for skin. Some of foods are given.
1-TOMATOES
Tomatoes are good for skin. They contain high amount of lycopene a compound that protects skin from uv demaged.. Regular eating of tomatoes protects you from sunburn.
2 WATERMELON
This fruit has high amount of water in it and keep skin hydrated. It also reduces puffiness of eyes due to water retention. It has low amount of sugar so it will not speed up glycation due to which fine lines and wrinkles appear on skin.
3- SALMON
Skin needs free fatty acids as building block. Our body can't make fatty acid so we take it from diet. Fish and specially salmon has high amount of fatty acids that are beneficial for skin.
4-GREEN TEA
Green tea has anti inflammation properties because it contains antioxidants and polyphenol. Green tea contain vitamin K that help to reduce dark circles. Due to this property you can use cold green tea bags under your eyes to remove dark circles. Green tea can be used as good toner

6-WALNUT
Walnut contains high amount of omega 3 fatty acid. They help to reduce heart risk disease and stress. It helps collage that make your skin plump fresh and wrinkles free.
7-ALMOND
Almonds are good source of Vitamin E and antioxidants that helps to reduce the sign of aging I.e wrinkles and fine lines on skin. Antioxidants also helps to fight against skin cancer.
8-EGGS/MEAT
Eggs/Meat provide amino acids to our body as they are big source of protein. Amino acid is main building block of collagen that is most essential for good health of skin.
9-MILK
Milk provides many important nutrients for body. It also provides daily dose of Vitamins D. Vitamin D protects skin demaged from sun exposure, wrinkles formation.
10-BERRIES
Fofds having vibrant colors are good source of antioxidants. All berries like cherry, blue berry , raspberry and all like them are the good source of protective antioxidants. They protect skin from free redial.
11-DARK CHOCOLATE
Dark chocolate is also beneficial for your skin it is fully loaded with antioxidants like flavonoid. Also choose darker chocolate having Coco 70% or more that will be good for your skin.
12-GREEK YOUGART
Greek Yougart is a good source of Vitamin B and helps your skin to detoxify. It also fights against wrinkles and make your skin to stay young.
FACIAL EXERCISES FOR BEST FOR SKIN
If you want glowing and healthy skin, include these three exercises in your daily routine. You will get better results. These exercises take only few minutes but give you long lasting results
1. The big ‘O’
Sit straight at flat surface and stretched your lips into the shape of ‘O’ along with this wide your eyes. Hold this position for as long as you can. This exercise helps to increase blood Circulation and provide you a healthy glow shiny skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines at bay.
2. Pout and smile
Start this exercise by pouting and then smiling wide afterwards and repeat it again and again. Do this exercise as fast as you can. Try to do 10 repetitions minimum, if you want to start seeing the benefits. This exercise will enhance blood circulation, but will also give strength to your jaw muscles for that perfect jawline.
3. Puffer fish face
Fill your mouth with air as much as possible. Then to accommodate more air puff up your cheeks . Now, transfer the air from one side of cheek to the other with as much speed as possible. Repeat this for a couple of minutes to achieve glowing skin and fuller cheeks.
