Today I'm sharing DIY Fcial. Our kitchen is our beauty corner. We can get beauty from different ingredients, they are always available at home and very cheap as compared to cosmetic products and give you good effects without any harmful chemicals.

Let's move towards DIY Fcial

For every type of facial there are basic steps
Cleaning, Exfoliation, masking, Toning. You can choose different ingredients according to your skin type /that suits you. In DIY you can add or subtract ingredients on your desired.

Let's Start.

TAKE STEAM : (optional)

If you have acne skin or very sensitive skin or you are a teenager than skip this step.
Steam helps not only to open your pores to remove toxins but also helps to panetrate good ingredients to skin.
Boil water in a pan add few drops of essential oil /levender oil and take steam for 5-8 min

After steam wipe your face gently.

CLEANING :

Aloe Vera gel /honey bohat have very good cleaning effect. Use these two ingredients or any one which you have or like and gently massage your face for few minutes. Then wash your face with Luke warm water

EXFOLIATION :

Exfoliation is very important step of any facial to remove dead skin and blemishes. In DIY Fcial I'm giving you two options

• sugar honey scrub
• rice flour

Both have good effects on all types of skin. If you have heavy acne on your face than avoid Exfoliation. I like rice flour as exfoliate for my skin. it's regular use give smooth and fair skin. It's has anti aging properties too.

Mask :

Mask gives nutrients to skin. Thare are many DIY MASK that can be used and give you best effects. I'm giving some mask to you which I like.

* mud mask

Soak multani mud in rose water and apply on skin for 20min and when it dries wash it. It's very good natural mask give whitening and tightening effects.

* egg with tissue mask :

It's very effective mask. Take one egg white and few drops of lemon than mix well and apply over skin than paste tissue paper on your face and apply more mask over tissue paper that it completely stick to your face. Dry it completely. Than peel it. It will give you fresh younger skin

* honey and lemon mask :

It's good for softness and glowing skin. This mask can be used on regular basis. My personal experience it regular use give you much more results. Just take 1tbsp of honey andb1/2tbsp of lemon, mix it and apply for 20min.

These are my favorite DIY MASK you can try other too.

TONER:

Best natural toner is rose water. After mask spry rose water on your skin to minimize open pores and tone your skin

This is simple DIY FCIAL and take those optional ingredients which suites you. Hope you will get knowledge about these facial. Try these at home on Weekly basis to get bright, clear shiny skin.
