Hoy inicio con una serie de post referidos a los “PASATIEMPOS”, que te pueden ayudar a ejercitar la mente, la imaginación y la creatividad, y de éste modo, tus ideas fluirán de una forma increíble.

CRUCIGRAMAS

El “Crucigrama” es una actividad recreativa y educativa que te permite entrelazar conceptos, por medio de sus definiciones o características, distribuidas de manera horizontal y vertical.

Existen muchas variaciones como Autodefinido, Crucigrama Blanco, Crucigrama Translator, Crucigrama Silábico, Crucigrama con Personajes o Imágenes, Crucigrama Críptico; donde el nivel de dificultad dependerá de los conocimientos que maneje el jugador.

VENTAJAS Y BENEFICIOS

📌 Previene la pérdida de memoria, pues mantiene tu cerebro activo y alerta mientras envejeces.

📌 Mejora las habilidades verbales y aumenta la curiosidad de investigar las dudas ante preguntas que no logras responder.

📌 Practicas la resolución de problemas, apoyado de las pistas que se te generan con las letras de las otras palabras; inclusive, a nivel científico o matemático.

📌 Ayuda a ejercitar el músculo detector de patrones, que te ayudarán a deducir o descubrir la palabra que necesitas.

📌 Es una buena manera para relajarte y despejar tu mente.

📌 Suponen retos de auto superación.

Es divertido, dinámico y práctico, porque lo puedes llevar a cualquier parte.

Help to exercise the pattern detector muscle, which will help you deduce or discover the word you need.

It is a good way to relax and clear your mind.

They pose challenges of self-improvement.

It is fun, dynamic and practical, because you can take it anywhere.
