As food tech can you please tell me why we using Citric acid and sodium benzoate?
One suggestion for Food techs please add nutrients value to each ingredient
Yeah sure,
Basically, There are 2 main purposes of adding citric acid
And sodium benzoate protects the product from the attack of mould (fungus). If u dont want to preserve it for many months. Then there is no need to add sodium benzoate
