I am telling about Carbohydrates and its Types and some Resources

Carbohydrates are neutral compounds of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.
Carbohydrates come in simple forms such as sugars and in complex forms such as starches and fiber.

When we shift(filter) wheat flour and separate the bran, we actually waste the most useful part of our diet.
When we extract the juice from the fruit and throw away the pell, we lose the most useful food.

The cycle of refining and processing natural foods has devastated human health.
Flour bran and whole fresh fruits and vegetables contain dietary fiber that not only keeps our digestive system healthy

Types of Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates can be divided into three major categories/types:
1)Monosaccharides
2)Disaccharides
3)Polysaccharides

Monosaccharides
These are the simplest carbohydrates. They cannot be broken down into smaller carbohydrates. Glucose, fructose, galactose are important examples.
1)Glucose:
Glucose is the most important nutrient.

Whatever form of digestible carbohydrates we eat, our body eventually converts them into glucose. It is the most valuable fuel of all cells, while brain cells cannot function for even a few seconds without it.

2)Fructose:
Fructose is found in fruits and honey.

3)Galactose:
Galactose is found in milk.

Disaccharides

These are such carbohydrates that they get two monoscopes. The most important example of this is Sugar . This is also in the pit and brown sugar. Sugar chemical name is sucrose and it breaks a single glucose and a fructose.

The abundance of glucose or sugar in diet is very harmful.

Polysaccharides
Breaking down these carbohydrates produces a large number of monosaccharides,his three examples are very important.
1)Starch:
Starch is a glucose polymer and is found only in plants.

Such as wheat, rice, potatoes, grains,

fruits, vegetables, etc. It is most common in our diet. After eating, it is converted into glucose.
2)Glycogen:
Glycogen is also called animal starch. Our liver stores some of this, which comes in handy when we are hungry.
3)Cellulose:
Cellulose is also found in plants.
