And he tellsus about daily nutrition need in human body like carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins,mineral and water. These are very essential for our growth and maintenance of our body.
There are many benefits of carbohydrates, but here i am telling you on their nutritional benefits:
- Our diet includes only a few types of carbohydrates such as glucose, fructose, sucrose or sugar, lactose, starch and dietary fiber.
- Glucose is always present in the blood. Our digestive system gets it from starch and sugar and then transports it to the blood. The body is also capable of making glucose from other nutrients.
It is best not to take it directly in the form of glucose as it causes an immediate rise in blood glucose levels. It is advisable to take starch as it is slowly digested and converted into glucose and added to the blood. - The most important of the carbohydrates is dietary fiber. These are carbohydrates that the body can neither break down nor simplify nor get energy from. They only increase the volume of our food and make us feel full, which helps us avoid overeating.
- Dietary fiber brings with it plenty of(کافی مقدار)minerals and vitamins and keeps the body fit.

- Dietary fiber is found in gram, beans, pulses, vegetables, fruits, salads, bran flour, barley and millet.

- The use of nutrition fiber is eliminated constipation(قبض).The isphagol husk is also the best nutritional fiber.

- Dietary fiber protects against many intestinal diseases, especially cancer.
- Our friends are very happy to be bacteria, food fiberies, and we are also healthy and happy to find out in our intestines.
- Foods fiber is soft and reducing its volume and eliminate the volume of faeces. Therefore, figs, papaya, melons, isphagol etc. are the best constipationer.

- Dietary fiber lowers cholesterol and also protects against heart disease by lowering the amount of LDL(Low Density Lipoprotein) in the blood.
