I hope all will be form of the goodness and all will be happy and enjoying your life by the grace of Allah Almighty and I also fine and happy by the grace of Allah.

This is your Faran Nabeel and today i am back with my lecture # 03 the Smart Course of MS - IT. And in my previous lecture i discuss about the MS Word and it's functions. And today I will discuss about MS Excel and it's basic functions.

So, let's start

MS Excel

MS Excel is the part of Microsoft Information Technology and basically it is used for store data and save data in soft copy in simple the Microsoft Excel is the used for data entry. And it is also used for making a attendance sheet.

Because in which it is very easy and many schools and colleges and universities make a student attendance sheet with the help of MS Excel.

MS Excel is also used for to make rustle card for students. And in which with the help of some basic formulas you found the percentage of students and you also make in a simple table.

It's Functions

Now you see in the upper picture this is the interphase of MS Excel and when you open the application of Microsoft Excel then your see this type interface on screen. And now see in this picture you see many boxes and this box is called a cell. And if you select any box tgen it is called a selected cell.

In which we discuss about its some basic bars.
Such as,

Title bars
Menu Bars
Tool bars

Title bars

When you open the application of Microsoft Excel and when you see in the top of you screen this is called Title bars in which the title bar you see a name of your documents or bookwork and in which the left side of the title bar you see a some different options and these options are called the quick access toolbar.

In which you see some options such as,

Save Your documents
Delete your text
Undo your text

Menu bars

Now in the upper picture you see in the under of Title bar this is called Menu bar and in which have a some section and almost all functions are opened in this bar such in the home section a clipboard options and text style and etc,

There are many section are present in this bar.
Such as,

Home
Inserts
Page layout
Formulas
Data
Review
View

There are some section are present in this Menu bars.

Tool bars

Now after Title bars and Menu bars i am discuss about the Tool bar in which we apply a many functions and formet style on our text and we in which apply text style on our text. And in which a many options and functions.
Such as,

Clipboard
Font
Alignment
Styles
