Introduction and Importance of MS-IT Short Course

First of all, The MS-IT stand for is Microsoft Information Technology. And in which technology i will read about 3 basics applications of Microsoft Information Technology. And This is the very big and important technology because the work of Microsoft applications is used in every filled and company. And In which i read about 3 Basics applications.

Such as :-

MS Word
MS Excel
PowerPoint

There are three basic applications of Microsoft Information Technology.

MS Word

Microsoft Word (MS Word) is the main and basic application of Microsoft Information Technology. And with the help of this app you make a very good documents and books. With the help of this application you right a book easily it is very simple.

Benefits of Ms Word :-

You can write a book easily .
Add a visual effects to your text.
Turn your text in compelling diagrams.
Applying a many markdowns on your text.

There a some important and simple benefits of Microsoft Word.

Microsoft Excel

Basically, this application is used for a data entry in simple words it is used for ta save and store your data and it is also used for making a attendance sheet and i make a daily attendance sheet easily. Microsoft Excel is also important application of Microsoft Information Technology because it is also used in every filled and company for a data entry.

Benefits of Microsoft Excel :-

Microsoft Excel is the best way to save data.
You can print report easily.
You can make a daily attendance sheet easily.

There are some basics benefits of Microsoft Excel.

MS PowerPoint

This is very amazing and wonderful application of Microsoft Information Technology because with the help of this application you make a very good presentation and documentation. Because its functions is very good and easy to used. And now you my all upper pictures. All pictures is made by the help of MS PowerPoint. And you see it is very good to see. This very important application of Microsoft Information Technology and with the help of this application you applying a animations effects on your documents.

Benefits of MS PowerPoint :-

You make a Good presentation with the help of PowerPoint.
You make a assignment for your class work.
You applying a animations effects on your documents.

There are some basics benefits of Microsoft PowerPoint.
