What exactly meaning of a leader?

Many of us have different types of leader ship definition in our day to day life. We keep hearing about how its important to be a leader and not to be a manager. Well, today people like working with those kind of people who really lead the team to gather. We love recommend leader to be more friendly towards the team member. So hence a leader who leads or commands a particular group. A person who has followers. And exercise influence and power. But even the power is in a positive way , exercise is not in a negative manner.

Qualities of a good leader:

Now we will discuss the some qualities of a good leader. Well, if you are one thing to become the good leader or in the coming scope of the good leader . Here is what are the qualities:

Honesty:
You need to be a very honest person. Somebody who is a leader needs to be honest with himself. Honest with fellow members.
Ability to Delegate:
A leader does not need to buy everything himself. He or She delegate work to people which makes sure that team work is really being highlighted.
Ability to Communicate:
A leader is not someone who will be his own shell. They have to like to communicate with people.
Sense of Humor:
Leaders have great sense of humour. They like to solve certain complex problems with the help of jokes. Having a sense of humor is a good quality of a leader
Confidence.
Leaders have lots of confidence. And that is very important for a good leader.
Commitment:
Good leaders are always very committed to them ans also committed to their tasks.
Positive Attitude:
Good leaders have always positive attitude even in the condition of anger or anything else like this.
Creativity:
They believe a lot of creativity. So, the leader is somebody who looks at the same problem from different angles and tries to get very creative solution of those problems.
Ability to Inspire:
A leader is somebody who really looks up to as an inspiration.
Intuition:
A good leader has always a good intuition. They have a strong sense of intuition. They are not likely to follow orders just for the hack of it.

Well friends, today modern time leaders are somebody who is completely different. Modern day Leaders like to tell story. They will explain very well the particular domain area. And my great Leader @cryptokraze told us his complete story of his journey. And we come to know that our leader is very hard working and have lot of patience. They are somebody who is very sensitive and emotional. And that’s also a very good quality of a good leader. They also like to build leaders. So, Leaders try to make more and more leaders. They show a lot of appreciation. They will reward, recognize and appreciate work when they do it. They reinforce people to believe in themselves and they really follow them. They promote vision. A vision themselves, vision of the team, vision of the department and vision of the company. They compel greatness. They show a lot of empathy. A good leader put like to himself into other person’s issues. And try to feel the other’s point of views. A good leader is somebody who really good with their people. They reward their team members when good achievements come along and celebrate to gather. They celebrate small and big achievements in same happiness.
