It honor for me you are liking my posts.

I'm student of Food Processing and preservation technology.

So, I'm sharing recipe of Food.

Today I'm sharing recipe of potato chips.
Which you make at home as like a brand company chips.

So, let's start...

IngredientsQuantity
Potatoes1/2 Kg
Gram flour3 tsp
Ghee or cooking oil3 to 4 tsp
White salt1 tsp
Chat Masalaa pinch or a you need

Procedure...

Washing
Take 1/2 Kg potatoes.
Wash potatoes clearly.
Because,
If dust or dirt on it will remove.

After washing start the peeling of potatoes with the help of peeler or knife.
Peel clearly.
During peeling be careful.
Because, the blade of peeler is very thick.
It is dangerous.

Make sure potato peeled good.
If some part peel is present.
That will change taste and low of quality.

Wash the potatoes.
With water.
Because,
The potatoes clean.

After this,
Make slices with the help of slicer.
Size make very thick as like paper.
You can see in the picture I'm making thick size slices.

When all slices done.
Take 1 tsp white salt.
And spread the salt in al slices.

When slat spreads.
Then mix it with the help of hand.
Because, Salt spread equal in all slices.

After slat spreading.
Wash the slices with water.
Rub the slices with the hands.
Because, all salt removes form the surface of slices.

Now you can see potato slices are cleaned.
Remind it.
After salt spreading.
Wash 2 to 3 time a time.

When slices washed.
Then spread them on a pieces of cloth.
In the sunlight for 45 to 50 minutes for drying.
You can also use microwave owen for drying.

Spread the slices with a little gap.
As like i spreads.
Gap is for each slice dry clearly.

Now the slices are dry.
Collect the slices together.

Take 2 to 3 tsp of gram flour.
Grem flour very good for taste.
If you don't want use gram flour.
Yo don't use.
It is your own choice.

Mix as well.
Because, the gram flour spreads equally.
Mix as well with the hands.

Take cooking oil or ghee in a pan.
You can take it to see your potato slices quantity.
Heat it as bubbles appears.
When bubble appearance start.
Stove do low.

Put the potato slices in the hot oil or ghee.
Be carefully put the slices each and each.
Fry it for 40 to 50 seconds.
When its color start brown.
Take the slices out from oil.

When this kind color appears take ot out.
From the hot oil or ghee.
All the slices fry as well.
After Put the slices never go here and there because it will be burnet.

All the slices are fry.
Now you can see it is looking very well as like a brand company chips.

You can also use Chat Masala for flavor.
If you will use it.
So, a pinch or 2 pinch no more.

You can also use ketchup or sauce.
I'm using garlic sauce.
Because, it is my favorite.

Now it is ready.
Enjoy it with your ketchup or sauce.
This is fully like a brand company chips.
It is very tasty and crunchy.
You can see in the picture the color of chips is very well.
