Today we will be looking at NEURAL NETWORKS

WHAT ARE NEURAL NETWORKS?

Neural Networks work like human brain.It allow computer program to recognize different patterns and solve computational problems in the field of AI(Artificial Intelligence), Machine Learning and Deep Learning,by imitating like human brain.

Neural network refers to system of neurons that are artificial in nature

WHAT ARE NEURONS?

Neuron (node) are the basic unit of Neural Network that gets input signals.
Neurons are connected to one another in the same layer or in the other layer which is known as Connection.

HOW NEURAL NETWORKS WORK?

In NEURAL NETWORKS there are three layers
•Input Layer
•Hidden Layer
•Output Layer

INPUT LAYER:

It takes input signal and passes them to next layer that is HIDDEN LAYER

HIDDEN LAYER:

It consist of neuron which apply different operations to the input signals. These neurons are connected to the neurons of next layer.Last layer passes the values to the OUTPUT LAYER.

OUTPUT LAYER:

It is the last layer which receives input from the last hidden layer and get the desired number of values as a output.

FORWARD PROPAGATION:

The process of feeding the input and getting output is called forward propagation and the value is known as predicate value .

BACKWARD PROPAGATION:

The value of predicate is compared with actual output value. This is known as backward propagation.

•This Neural Network has a loss function which computes the error for a single training example.

•There is performance metrics which are used to measure the performance of neural network

WHERE NEURAL NETWORKS ARE USED?

Neural Networks are used for
•Data validation
•Sales forecasting
•Customer research
•Robot path planning (moving robot among obstacles)

It is used in AI, Machine Learning and in Deep Learning also.
