Take care of your health:

To be happy we must take care of our health. For this, we need to eat good food like green leafy vegetables, meat, eggs, fish and daal. Eating this food will be very beneficial for our health. Good health is a source of happiness for humans.

Doing daily exercise:

Exercise play an important role in maintaining human health. Exercising is not only very important for our health, but it also brings many positive changes in the human being. Exercising gives happiness to a person,decrease depression level and also increases their confidence level.

Worshiping Allah Ta'ala:

As a Muslim, I believe that the best way to be happy is to please God. The best way to please Allah is to obey the orders of Allah and His Messenger Hazrat Muhammad(PBUH). For this, we should pray Namaz five times a day and recite Quran Pak. Allah Ta'ala says in the Quran that the peace of the heart is in the Remembrance of Allah.

Be a source of happiness for others:

Laughing and smiling are considered signs of happiness. To be happy we should meet our family, relatives, and friends happily. When we give happiness to others then definitely we will also be very happy. That's why we should make a source of happiness to others.

Don't compare yourself with others:

In today's era, the confidence level and happiness in humans have become very low. The main reason for this is that we compare ourselves with other people. By doing this the person becomes depressed and not always happy. That's why we should not compare ourselves with others. We should take care that in whatever condition we are, we should thank Allah and be happy.

Less use of social media:

As we know, nowadays, social media is being used a lot. People have increased the use of social media,leaving all their physical activities. Excessive use of social media has increased depression among people. That's why we should use social media to a limit. So that we can be happy in our life.

View of nature:

To be happy we should look at natural things like green areas and beautiful mountains. we should go to a place like this to gain happiness. Something ,near your home that you can feel happy to see this, we must go there.
