Health is a state of physical and mental well-being. Health is a great blessing of Allah. It is said that"Health is wealth".It means that the biggest wealth in the world is your health. A healthy person can take advantage of all the blessings of Allah Ta'ala.We should choose these things to stay healthy like eating well, drinking a suitable quantity of water and exercising, etc.

Healthy diet:

The most important thing to stay healthy is to eat good food. Good food is the key to health. For this, we should use green vegetables, fruits, dry, milk, meat, eggs, dal, and rice. Because when our food is good then our health will be good. That's why we should choose a good diet in food to stay healthy.

Drinking water in suitable quantity:

Along with a good diet, our body needs a lot of water. Every organ of our body needs water. Water improves our digestive system. Whatever food we eat ,digested through the water. Apart from this, drinking water maintains the temperature of our body, prevents joint pain, and moisturizes our body. To lead a healthy life, we should drink 3 to 4 liters of water a day.

Doing daily exercise:

To lead a good life, we should take exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. People who exercise daily are healthier than those who do not exercise. Exercise has great benefits for our bodies. Exercise improves our brain healstrengthenss muscles and bones, prevents disease,s and keeps us physically fit.

Get enough sleep:

To be healthy we should take deep and proper sleep. Enough sleep reduces our stress and provides energy for our next activities. To stay healthy, a person needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day. Sleep improves our memory and boosts our immune system.

To lead a healthy life, we should avoid smoking and alcohol. Because there are many bad effects on human physical and mental health due to smoking and drinking. Smoking and alcohol cause many diseases like cancer, hearing loss, vision loss, and heart disease. Smoking damages a person's lungs and his chances of death are also high. That's why we should avoid smoking and alcohol

Avoide negative people and be more positive:

Bad people do bad effects on our health. Such people become the cause of stress, pressure, and anger for us which harms our health. These people impacted a bad impression on our mind and of which our mind remains in stress. That's why we should avoid bad people.
On the other hand, we must spend more time with people who think positively. In the company of these people, we will find happiness and live comfortably.
