Wow! What a post!! I applaud you not one for the post but for what you have achieved.

I'll be one of the best Dental Surgeons in Pakistan and InshaAllah all over the world.

This is by far my favorite of your post! You are believing in yourself and by doing that you are already a winner.
Congratulations!

Ps. Thank you for the invite. Herewith my entry;

A tip for you. When you participate in a contest always use the #contest tag (•ิ‿•ิ)

Sort:

@patjewell - just for reference it is best to only use the #contest tag on contest announcement posts, rather than on all contest entries. That makes it easier for people looking for contests to enter to find them - and for @disconnect !

Thank you for the feedback.
#contest "for launching new contest and entries"
We curate both. A suggestion would be to maybe have two separate tags.

Yes - #contest for all contest announcements so people can find new contests.

And individual contest entry tags for each contest so organizers can find their entries.

Since we are starting from this week in the #steemgrowth theme how about we integrate this from July?

For example, we'll curate the #contest tag for all contest announcements and a new tag, ie,

#contestentry for contest entries.

In this way, we'll be able to widen our reach of curation and be able to motivate people with more SC07 votes. What say you?

In terms of 'Steem Growth' it is the Contests themselves you should be curating and rewarding not the entries.

The Steem Growth comes from people organizing contests.

cc @huzaifanaveed1 @patjewell

It is true that we have to support organizers more because they put more effort into organizing, curating, and giving away prizes for winners. But I believe entries should also be considered in a certain percentage for the curation support for these reasons.

  • Nowadays most contest organizers are using booming support as the prize for their contests. Without an attractive prize, users simply ignore participating in contests. There was a time when I could find 100+ contests that give away 2000+ STEEM prize pool weekly. But sadly, now this amount has decreased drastically. In my opinion, booming should be some kind of a bonus for quality content than a reward for winners.

  • I believe both these parties are interconnected to what they do, hence without an active group of participants organizers won't survive. Only if the participants are active enough the contests will be interesting and last long.

  • No support for entries may give suggestions to the users that they should also organize the contest in order to get support. There will be more contests but fewer participants and less engagement.

  • Contests always go for the same format when it continues. Without novelty or creativity curators might have an issue choosing the best of the day.

Now for my curating experience for the past 04 months, I’ve been giving priority to the contest organizers. We as a team curated 160+ posts which average 20 to 25 posts per day. Mathematically, we can curate all the contests published for a certain day and still go for some quality entries without any issue. Because for the past 390 days, the contests that I could add to the #contestalerts ranged from 3 to 32. On an average day, it always stays somewhere around 10-15.

Please reconsider your thoughts in this matter and allow SC07 to support entries as well.

@steemcurator01

sc07 is for supporting Steem Growth - and that means to support contest organizers.

It should give the biggest votes to those people who run original and creative contests with good prizes.

Thanks @steemcurator01 for this clarifications.

Please, I want to ask, why hasn't steemgrowth team led by @huzaifanaveed1 started curation? @steemcurator07 has been like that without use and this is resource wastage and doesn't go well with steemgrowth. I have been worried what the problem could be. I am concerned about it. Any response to that?

Okay, that drew the line. It's good to have such clarification.

Understandable. We'll then just be curating the contests and the contests' results announcement posts.

Perfect!

Thank you @patjewell for your kind comment. Indeed, having belief in oneself is the best thing that you could do to yourself. I learned this slowly but surely. Used to doubt myself a lot, then just one day it hit me that I could be the best, or better, I am the best. I read it somewhere that if you want to be rich, you have to behave like a rich person. Be a generous person. It's the law of attraction.

A tip for you. When you participate in a contest always use the #contest tag (•ิ‿•ิ)

Ummm yes, you're right. I just added the tag. Maybe my post is good enough for a nomination hahaha 🌚🌚

I'll read your post right away.
Greetings
