Hello stemians, I would like to share my views on the Ponzie scheme, I have also had some related experiences on this subject. Let me in this post express my views according to my personal observations.

My parents once told me to never trust anyone. To earn money, you have to work smart and work hard, not just sit and hope to receive a lot of diamonds.
# ▶️ Intro
Talking about Ponzi scheme, this scheme was originally created by Charles Ponzi in 1920. The Ponzi scheme was first started through the arbitrage practice of international mail reply coupons which had different rates in each country. This business activity was used as an excuse to convince many people to invest and get multiple profits.
A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment scheme that promises to pay out profits to investors that are their own money, or the money paid out to investors is money from subsequent investors, not money generated from profits earned in the business of a production or business itself.
# 💹 Have you ever heard of a ponzi scheme?

Yes I have heard of ponzi schemes, but in my country Indonesia we are more familiar with Multi Level Marketing (MLM) businesses. Many businesses are offered with ponzi scheme models and there are even businesses that are still running today, the goal is none other than to attract many people to buy the product and invest in the business offered.
To smooth the ponzi scheme mode, the current perpetrators deliberately pretend to offer a product or service which in the end we are all invited to invest as much as possible to get a big profit in a short time, they will try to convince us with the business they offer.
But in the end, this kind of business practice will not last long, people who first join will feel lucky and then addicted to increasing their investment. Increasing your investment with more capital can make you fall into the trap of scammers.
As for the last people to join the ponzi scheme business, they will immediately become victims of this investment fraud mode. therefore we need to be smart, and be careful not to be easily lured by investment modes with large profits in a short time.
Logically, if you deposit money in the bank, you need a year so that you can get interest or returns from the investment you made.
Instead of getting involved with a ponzi scheme business, it is better to start planning a business idea yourself, strategizing carefully will give promising results. If you don't have time to run a business trust those closest to you. I have invested in my wife's cake trading business.
Fortunately, the business we run is successful, we consistently make a profit from the cake selling business. Therefore, we always use the money we have to share to please our family.
# 💹 Have you ever been offered to invest in one of these schemes?
I have often been offered a business that is basically a Ponzi scheme, several such schemes have been offered to me but I was smart enough to reject them because I don't trust anyone easily, my nature makes me more cautious.
Business offers from ponzi scheme perpetrators are also sometimes very strange, someone once offered me to buy three paper tree seedlings at a price of 1,500,000 IDR, these paper tree seedlings after 5 years can be harvested with profits reaching 100,000,000 million per tree. What a fantastic profit.
The perpetrators then tried to convince investors by showing proof of ownership of the letter, they also showed several photos and video evidence that many people had visited the tree nursery and the location was true. In fact, the videos were made by friends of the fraudsters. Then we easily believe what a foolish thing it is.
# 💹 Do you know how to detect a Ponzi scheme?
1. Inviting to invest: as I said at the beginning of this article, a ponzi scheme is a fraud strategy that invites people to invest, the profit from the investment is the owner's own money. One of the ways to detect a ponzi scheme business is to ask you to invest in order to get a big profit in the near future. So in the future you should be more vigilant when there are people who offer you to invest because it could be a mode of ponzi scheme.
2. Must invite others to invest in order to benefit: One of the great tricks of this Ponzie Scheme business is that if you manage to get other people to join the business and then those people invest their money then you will benefit. So you have to be more careful lest you cheat your own friends.
# 💹 Do you think Steemit is a ponzi scheme?
Of the two ways to detect that I mentioned above, Steemit does not meet any of the indicators. Therefore, Steemit is not a Ponzi scheme.
Steemit is a social media platform that invites people to collect rewards from the creative content they create, people can use Steemit without investing. But I think after I know more about the Steemit platform and the opportunities within it, even I think smart people will definitely invest here.

Benar sekali, skema ponzi sama juga dengan melakukan kebohongan secara berkelanjutan dan terus menerus. Kita akan merugikan banyak teman-teman kita sendiri untuk meraih keuntungan sesaat, nauzubillah.

Benar sekali, mereka yang berani menipu itu tidak mengingat betapa beratnya siksa kubur di akhirat suatu saat nanti, oleh karena itu landasan keimanan dan ketakwaan itu sangat penting untuk dididik sejak anak-anak usia dini sehingga dia tidak akan mau melakukan hal-hal buruk seperti menipu orang di suatu saat nanti.
