Impressive effort by you @ijelady. You know waterleaf is a popular vegetable in my area and I love it in a soup combined with pumpkin leaf. Your is fresh. One thing I love about your method is the use of organic fertilizers. Its great for the health unlike chemical ones. I need to taste your soup please, how do we do it?
