Introduction

Hello great steemians of the world, I am pleased and delighted to have you all on my blog to read my articles. I want to thank the steemit team for opportunities like this and want to thank this amazing community and @fjjrg for bringing the topic; What are your favorite exercises? I am here to write on the above topic so, be relaxed as we roll together and please keep reading down.

Excercises: Are movement or acts of giving the body system a stretch of either for a 30mins or more. A lot of people interpreted exercise to be a game, they are indeed meaning the same thing since the acts are all about putting the body under a work which is medically recommended to both children, young and old.

Exercise should be a part of our lives, most people gather and keep much cholesterol in the body why because a lot of people just sit without giving their body system a little stretch. Exercises are done in the early morning hours, it could also be done in the evening and some people observe theirs in the afternoon, exercises can be done at all times but the best is morning at least once a day.

My exercises

I am an exercise lover and below are the exercises I do.

Squatting

This exercise work on the inner muscles especially the bone of buttocks, squatting exercise is my every morning exercise whereby I could just wake up early morning and start after prayers. This exercise does not necessarily need you to go to a field but just a space in the room is still okay.

Squatting exercise takes 45 minutes of undergoing all the styles you need to do to complete a full squatting exercise. What I do is to download a squatting exercise video and play it as I follow them and within 3months my hibs has become a unique shape I had never taught of.😊

  • Squatting gives the body a unique body structure and shape.

  • Squatting exercise burns the fats in the thigh area of the body.

  • As we all know, it enlarged the hib bones.

Jogging

Waking up in the morning and jugging I feel it's not the best though it helps the body system, especially that early morning I am not a 4 o'clock or 5oclock waking type so what I do is, I timetable my activities by waking up 5:30 to pray for 20minutes and use 45 minutes to do my squatting exercise and lastly dress to work.

Therefore, I prefer jogging in the evening hours because I can jog round the town as far as I do not have any work to do than to come home after jogging to shower and eat. Jogging helps to burn cholesterol in the body system and also makes an individual's physically fit.

  • It improves a healthy state of the body system

  • It enhances body fitness

  • It burns fats

Having an exercise routine helps us to stay healthy and vigorous, the most recommended time is preferably in the morning and in the afternoon.
Thanks to the exercises we can enjoy good health, better mobility, more energy, on the other hand diseases are prevented, cholesterol levels can be regulated and calories are burned, not to mention that the muscles are toned.
It was a pleasure to read your publication about your favorite exercises.

Un gusto ver tu publicación, las sentadillas son un buen ejercicio para las piernas y glúteos, igual que para el abdomen, lo cual es vigorizante si trabajas solo la parte media y baja del cuerpo.
El trotar o correr en las tardes es un buen ejercicio para todo el cuerpo, crea resistencia y ayuda a reducir la grasa corporal.

Hubiese sido más productivo verla haciendo los ejercicios.
