Waterleaf is usually known as the “blood-pumping machine” and one if it's important role in the human body is to provide adequate production of blood. It help the expectant mothers alot as it helps to increase the level of their blood and also help supply the other vital nutrients needed on the body.

Step 1: |

I stated by tilling the soil with my spade, I didn't make a ridge rather a bed for the waterleaf to grow very well and comfortable also.

Step 2: |

I went ahead and harvested the whole of the waterleaf that has sprout out. I did that just to create enough room for the vegetable to grow more. Waterleaf grow back four days after harvesting.

I went ahead to open the sand a little bit with my hand and then planted back the one I harvested from the other back into the soil. I could also use the sticks to plant it but I don't have much waterleaf sticks, so I planted the ones with leaves that way.
