Greetings to my fellow steemians in Scouts and friends Community.
It's my pleasure dropping my first post in this very community and it happens to be a contest entry with the title What are your favorite exercises As organised by sir @fjjrg. Hope I'm welcomed.

Introduction to exercises

Everyone ought participate in exercises, doing it regularly is even more better all for the overall wellness and fitness. People involve in exercises due to so many reason, from getting strength, maintenance of physical fitness, weight lose, develop muscles and many more.

When we involve in various exercises we tend to develop a healthy and as we all know, a healthy mind is healthy body so they says, with that being said it's easy to understand that exercises reduces anxiety and depression also.

Now in as much as there are different types of exercises out there yet not every suits your desire. Some people complain of some exercises getting them too tired very quick and some with their reasons, this is why they tend to chose few as their favourite out of the many.

Many people including me believe in the above benefits exercises bring which is why we involve ourselves in regular exercises as well. I'll be briefing you all in a jiffy about favorite activities.

My top 2 daily favorite exercises

Depending on each day's weather, I do get involve in series of exercises daily precisely early in the morning no matter how weak I felt in bed. Missing a single day without exercising seems to me like a whole year , this is why I don't like missing. Nothing else apart from weather as a factor that affects my daily exercises.
My favorite exercises below;

<Outdoor gym

We all know what gym is, don't we? It could be either indoor or outdoor gym all goes well with me.
At least I does gym exercise every day, sike days early morning (preferably) while other days I does it during early evening hours. I do derive so much joy benefits during gym and so much joy after gym, it's one of the top exercises loved by many if not all men and I'm one among.

I picked interest and have been doing the gym exercise not quite long though, just about 2 months now and I'm loving it. My challenges is that, it get me really tired so quick but I don't think I'm stopping anytime soon. I have a role model also called NDO CHAMP. He inspires people to involve in regular exercises so as to lose weight, stay healthy , burn calories etc. He's against meals that capable of producing too much calories as well, he kicked it away when sighted. Y'all can check him on YouTube.

Also, I do involve in workout as well, at least a kilometer workout every morning. I does the two interchangeably, when I'm doing the gym in the morning I does workout in the evening and vice versa.

  • Cycling :

Cycling is a sporting activity and as well an exercise depending on the choice, mine is bicycle riding to be precise. I does my outdoor cycling for exercise purpose even though not every day like my first top exercise yet often during the week.

I love cycling as an exercise because its one of the exercises that involves the movement of the whole body system. It's always fun filled riding a bicycle. Although I bought it for the purpose of exercising yet it help save my money for errands that aren't too far, I simply go with my bicycle.

Conclusion

Aside the aforementioned exercises, I do take part in other activities such as dancing, squat jump, pushups and swimming. These are they that I'm hoping to turn as my favorites exercises very soon also .

Your exercise routine gives your body vitality and energy, very important elements for the development of activities, but above all to enjoy good health.
One aspect that contributes to your exercises is that you perform them outdoors, that is quite good and favorable.
Cycling is a very complete sport, in particular I like it very much.

Amigo @barnsbarnabie.

Una rutina bastante sencilla pero impactante, recuerda que la constancia y la disciplina es lo que hará que consigas los beneficios del ejercicio.

El manejar bicicleta si se hace como rutina es un ejercicio muy completo, ayuda en la parte cardiovascular.

Lo mejor de todo esto es que los haces al aire libre y es una gran ventaja.
