猪婆菜糯米饭
今天继续分享好吃的，今天这个是妈妈做的，这个好好吃，去年在亲戚家吃过的，菜包糯米饭！妈妈昨天就准备好的菜叶，这个菜我也不知道学名叫什么，妈妈说叫猪婆菜，偶尔会买来吃，用来煮芋头，也是很好吃。
这次用来包炒好糯米饭，叶子放个两天，三天的比较软就会好包一些，叶子准备好之后，就准备材料，里面放腊肠腊肉，芋头，虾米豌豆等等，和糯米混在一起，接着妈妈就下锅炒了一下这些材料，炒一下会比较香！
材料切好，妈妈就开始包了，把这些炒香的材料放在叶子上面，然后卷来弄去的，就包好了，妈妈说好久没有做过了，老家的这些猪婆菜的叶子比较大张才包的好，包好直接放进锅里面，下面还铺了菜梗！然后加水煮，煮好就完成了。
看着很简单，准备这些材料也不容易的，煮好的就下面这样了，虽然糯米跑了一点出来，但是味道很好，孩子们也很喜欢吃，我吃了两个😄！
