Very Beautiful orchid

A few days ago when I was in my hometown, I visited a house and saw a collection of ornamental plants. Incidentally he is also a seller of ornamental plants. There is one plant that caught my attention, namely the Vanda tricolor orchid. This plant is a native plant from Southeast Asia, including from tropical forests in Indonesia.

The existence of this plant in the wild is increasingly rare, because the forest is getting narrower for both plantation agriculture and settlement. Fortunately, this plant has been cultivated by many collectors and ornamental plant entrepreneurs, so this very beautiful flower is not extinct.

The hallmark of this flower is that it has a sharp fragrance. The size of the petals of this orchid is large and the color is sharp. Caring for this plant is quite easy because it is able to adapt to various conditions or altitudes, both lowlands and highlands. This plant needs watering that is not too frequent, which is important to maintain only moisture in the root area.

This plant can live in areas that have high rainfall and sunlight that is quite stinging. Generally, this orchid is placed in the room / house because of the safety factor. It is easiest to plant this orchid in potted media with compost or manure, but it can also be made on boards, fibers or fern stems.
