How are you all my dear friends hope everyone is well today Alhamdulillah I am also well today I have prepared for to participate in a recipe contest and for that I would like first to thank @crismenia who has presented such a beautiful contest for us and through this contest I can show my recipes here.

One of the trendy food of Bangladesh is Fuchka very tasty and tempting food Fuchka we eat it as fast food and during various fairs and festivals we see such Fuchkas around the streets there are Fuchka shops at different junctions these Fuchkas are very delicious to eat but I am outside Fuchka didn't like I prefer to eat homemade fuchka Because the outside fuchka can be a little unhealthy which is very harmful to children and they may have stomach problems so I prefer to make fuchka at home it takes a bit more time but then I make fuchka at home it is much tastier and much healthier for children but you I will show you how to make it, but let's start.

It is possible to prepare my recipe very easily with all these ingredients but let's not know now preparation method is step-by-step.

First I took some water in a bowl and soaked some tamarind in it because tamarind should be soaked for two to four hours then extract its juice well then it will be good to eat

then I boiled some potatoes and an egg

then cucumber and coriander leaves Finely chop the onion, and green chilli and take it in a bowl

Then I will separate the seeds from the wet tamarinds and take out the juice of the tamarinds

After that, I will add a little more sugar, like three spoons,

Then I will put a clean pan on the stove put a little more oil in it and wait for a while for the oil to heat well.
