I am @sualeha from Pakistan first of all I congragulate to steemit-ironchef community for selecting and hosting Engagement challenge season 16 .I love to share my blogs in my favorite food community very much ,when I saw the contest topic of this week I really glad because The eggs 🍳 are found and consuming every home on daily routine.The best thing is that no limit freedomly writing blogs it's quite interesting about Egg so I developing my entry as I wish 😁😁 in my style I hope you all like it.

Interesting Facts about Eggs 🥚🥚
In my child hood time I never liked to eat egg but my mom taught me about the many health benefits of it specially for growing kids it's very necessary for balance nutrition and gradually she built up my habit intake of egg 🍳 in breakfast every day not now the same situation faced by me Infront of my kids hehehe 😁😁.
One egg has about only 72 calories, but 6 grams of high-quality protein, 5 grams of fat, and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, along with iron, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids.
The egg is also a powerhouse of disease-fighting nutrients like lutein and zeaxanthin.

Due to high quality of protein it's complete healthy food specially in breakfast 😋 infact you need energy for performing activities of the whole day efficiently.

It's my breakfast routine I made eggs in different recipes for my kids like Boiled eggs ,fried eggs ,add in cakes ,buns ,french toast,cheese omelette just because of change they took it without drama...... Every mom knew that how to handle there kittens 😁😁.My family members liked my baking items mostly wanted to eat Chocolate cup cakes and cookies 😋🍪 so in this blog I decide to share very simple but really delicious yummy cups cake🧁 recipe for you so guys let's start my recipe ❤️.
Misperception about Eggs fat /cholesterol
Most of the people avoid eggs daily consumption of eggs because they worried about having fat in egg,s yolk but the researches proved that it's Healthy Fats the serving of two large eggs contains 11 grams of fat, of which around 2/3 of the fat is unsaturated. The yolk also contains a ton of important fat-soluble nutrients like vitamins A, D, and E, and the antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin.
The healthy fats in the egg yolk actually help our bodies to absorb these nutrients in the yolk too. Omega-3 fats are a type of unsaturated fat that’s very good for brain and nervous system, and Prevent from heart attack/disease. Omega-3 enriched eggs are produced by hens that are fed a special diet rich in flaxseeds.
Omega-3 enriched eggs contain all types of omega-3 fats, including DHA and EPA, which are the most important kinds of omega-3 fats that most of us need more of.
So enjoy every day eggs with out worries infact it's one of the quickest and easy to cook meal ,my hubby and my son also cooked eggs with my help it's a best solution when short time 😁.
How to cook eggs to save it's nutrition
No need to worry !!!! whether the heat from cooking destroys the healthy fats in eggs! Many of us listen this myth but the truth is that not at all the fats in eggs remain stable during the cooking process so enjoyed different recipes with eggs and maintain your valuable health.

Ingredients we need
- All purpose flour 2 cup
- Powder sugar 1-1/2 cup
- 2 Eggs
- Butter or oil 1/4 cup
- Liquid milk 1 glass as required
- Coco powder 1/4 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Sprinkles for topping (optional)
In first step I septated the egg white from yolks,I beaten egg white first till I would be fluffy then add yolks and oil/ butter on it and again beaten on low speed as shown in images .It's very smart way to add eggs in delicious dessert made it super healthy.
Now in second step I add dry ingredients in eggs mixture so I place stive then add all purpose flour,baking soda power sugar Coco powder gradually and mixed all ingredients by soft hand by cut and fold method now our cup cake better is ready .
In next step I poured the better in cup cake try filled one by one but before pouring better must place cake cup butter paper other wise it might be stuck.
Now placed trey on pre heated oven 180cc for 20 minutes.I used for baking over but some time on pan the results are same but the baking timing is different in fan took more time for baking.
Final presentation of my chocolate cupcakes😋 🤤
Yes the cupcakes is ready let it cool for some while then served after sprinkle on top of each cupcake 🧁.
