Recipe No-01 |MAKING BEEF PULAO|•

Hello friends Assalamualaikum! I am here with you to share the recipe of making the beef pulao.
What is Beef Pulao?
Beef pulao is the traditional dish of Pakistan which is prepared by the Rice,Beef, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and by adding other ingredients spices. This is time consuming dish which takes about 1.5 hours.

Ingredients
1-Rice.
2-Water.
3-Beef.
4-Vegetable Oil.
5-Onions.
6-Tomatoes.
7-Garlic
8-Ginger
9-Green Chilli
10-Salt and other spices.
11-Cucumber for salad.

Cooking Utensils
-Heavy-bottomed pan or Handi- Prevent beef from burning and ensure cooking.
-Pressure Cooker- For faster cooking.
-Knife- For chopping vegetables.
3-Large spatula- For mixing.
4-Cup- For measurements of water.
5-Top Lid- For covering pan.

Prepration steps
1- In very first we will take the fresh 1kg beef. Then wash it with clean water and put it in basket to remove all water.
2-Put the beef in the deep bottom pan and add water in it and boil beef in the ingredients to make Yakhni

This is Yakhni which is made by boiling the beef in water and oil.Meat is boiled until oil is separated form the water.After this the meat/beef become soft and tender.

2- Then we will take the special rice BANASPATI RICE in open bowl and wash them to remove all the dirt.

Then soak the rice in water for half an hour,so that the rice becomes soft.

3-Place the Handi on the flame and take 2 cups of vegetable oil and heat it in the Handi.
4-Then take the chopped piece of onions,put it in the oil and fry until it turns Brown. Adjust salt if required.

5-Then add the spices in the pan and fry it for 4-5 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes.
6-Add yogurt to make Curry.If you are willing to add yougurt.

7-Then add cooked beef and add measured water in the pan and cover it with the lid on high flame.
8-Add the soaked rice in the pan boiling with water beef and all other ingredients.

9-Cook the rice on low flame until very low water remain in it,mostly water evaporates.

10-Turn the flame very low and cover with the lid for 15-20 for DUM. During this time to remove lid from pan is not allowed.

Then remove the lid.
Our dish is ready with beautiful aroma.
I take the rice in the plate and garnish it with cucumber salad🥗

Eat with love and and I realized the dish is very tasty and delightful.
