Humans have been obsessed with food since long ago. Food lovers have made the food of my country traditional. I like every food in my city. I can't compare it to anything else. Because I know that the food of my city is traditional. Traditional dishes have been around for ages. If I want to tell you what are the traditional dishes of my city? I will continue to say without hesitation, biryani, beef and delicious Polao. Apart from these there are several other dishes that characterize the Bengali nation. And those foods are rice and fish. And that is why the Bengali nation has been known as fish and rice Bengali for ages.
These dishes are traditional in my city. Which has been known for ages. Biryani is so developed and popular that there are numerous restaurants named after Biryani. Because it has an incomparable taste. So I will rank Biryani first as the traditional food of my city. Its taste and aroma make you crazy from far away. It is also nice to enjoy its delicious aroma. I would personally put biryani as the traditional food of the city. I can't easily forget its taste. It has been carrying the tradition for ages because of its taste. It is now a very favorite recipe of the Bengali nation.

Making Biryani requires some basic ingredients. People use different ingredients to vary its taste. Today I am interested to tell you about the basic ingredients needed to make Biryani. It is delicious and beautifully presented. This dish has kept the tradition for ages. I like its presentation as much as its popularity. Because it has a combination of traditions.
