Hello everyone. I will be sharing to you another simple recipe. It is called banana flavored milk. This is a favorite of my nieces and nephews. Banana flavored milk was a huge hit with the teens because of Kdrama and their K-idols. Instead of buying it, they can just make it at home plus it is cheaper. 😉 They can even make a whole liter of it. 🙂

You will need 2 almost overripe bananas. One to mash and the other one to cut into bits. You know for flavor and texture. The teens like it chunky. Place in a glass both mashed and bits.

I added honey but you can also use preferred sweeteners. Adjust according to taste. Lastly add chilled milk. Stir and enjoy! You can also add ice if you want to.

Note: If you want it smooth you can just use a blender and combine all ingredients.

This banana flavored milk is good anytime of the day. Consume immediately. Banana slices can also be added to cereals.
