S11-W6 "The Recipe of the Day: (Yummy pitha with crab paste.)

Hello Friends,
The last week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 11 came up with a great topic. I love to eat food. However, the list contains many tempting foods. I cook very little. Had crabs at home today, so didn't miss the chance.

I definitely like this theme a lot. Besides, I can see and learn many new recipes. Where there is great learning with creativity, it will be enjoyable.

I invite more special personalities to this enjoyable theme @pelon53, @gabrielagg and @ninapenda to participate. Because, always I enjoy their attractive presentation.

Recipe:-

I am going to share the recipe to prepare Crab paste Pitha. Hope you all enjoy it.

1st step:

First I separate the paste from the crab and wash it with clean water. Then two medium garlic pastes and onions are chopped and put in the ghee.

2nd step:-

The amount of crab slime is 500.00 grams. I added a teaspoon of cumin seeds and coriander powder and six dried chillies. Powder masala is perfect for flavor enhancement. So I used powder Masala even though it was a little difficult.

3rd step:

I gave one teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon of turmeric.

I have mixed all the spices with the crab paste with the help of hands.

I have ut 100 grams of mustard oil in the pan.

As soon as the oil is hot, I leave the pithas one by one on the hot oil for frying.

Covered with a lid. Keep it like this for five minutes. Before this, I reduced the heat of the stove.

After five minutes I lifted the lid and saw that the color and the pitha were puffed up. Then I turned the pithas upside down.

After five minutes without the lid, the pitha is ready to eat.

Now drain the oil from the pan and put it on a small plate.

This time, along with the pitha preparation, I also prepared to eat.

I sat down to eat with the whole family.

Money spent on:-

The current market price of the crabs I took is 200.00 taka (steem=12.50). Any other spices or oils that I used were at home. So I did not mention them.

When I make this:-

It is not in my daily food menu. Because these crabs are usually found during new moon and full moon.I and my family never miss it. This pitha will be served with lunch during this time.This pitha is made 8/10 times in a month.

Conclusion:

The recipe is worth it, it's tasty. I like it more when my parents say it's better. Enjoyed this pitha recipe this afternoon.
