Today I am participating in this beautiful competition whose topic is very interesting. Everyone would love to write about this topic. Today I am sharing with you my post about my food and meal timings in this competition. I hope you like it. So friends, let's start today's competition.

Importance of eating at the same time for our body

Eating at the same time gives us many benefits. If our eating time is not fixed then we can suffer from many diseases. Food is very important for the body. Food is very important for the body. Eating food at the same time is very important because metabolic processes take place in our body. Which includes hunger, digestion, and processing of fat and cholesterol in our body. If our meal time is fixed then we will eat as soon as it is time to eat.

If there is no fixed time for meals, we may forget to eat during the day, hence time reminds us to eat. Therefore, if we want to keep our body weight down, we have to fix the time of our meals. If the time of meal is fixed then it is beneficial for our body.

Appropriate time for each meal.

Today I am sharing with you every moment of my meal. Meal timings are fixed daily. We start our day with breakfast, so first of all, I am telling the time of my breakfast and what was today's breakfast. Breakfast is such a meal that we do not eat throughout the night and have breakfast in the morning, it is like fasting. Breakfast helps us face the challenges of the day and gain energy. If you do not have breakfast in the morning, you may feel tired the whole day.

my morning breakfast :Egg Fry and Chana Masala at 7:30 Am

For today's breakfast, I made egg fry and chana masala. My husband has to go to work in the morning, so I make a hearty breakfast. So that he can work well till the afternoon. This time of my breakfast is fixed daily because my husband leaves for work at 8 o'clock, so we both have breakfast together at 7:30. Breakfast is not fixed daily but the time of breakfast remains this daily. Today The breakfast was very tasty. Both these breakfast dishes are also beneficial for our body.

my delicious lunch :Vegetable and Chapati at 11:30 Am

We should take lunch 3 or 4 hours after our breakfast time. It is good for our body. I eat my lunch between 11 o'clock and noon. Today I had lunch at 11:30. Today I had delicious vegetable and Chapati in my lunch. It looked very tasty. If we have lunch after 2 o'clock then it is not good for our body. Therefore, if lunch takes a lot of time, then we should have some breakfast during that time.

my evening snack :Pizza and Soup at 5:00 Pm

I have a habit of eating snacks in the evening. When I wake up after resting for a while in the afternoon, I feel hungry. That's why I eat some snacks in my evening snack. Today my husband came home early from work so we went outside to get lost. Outside we had pizza and soup at 5 o'clock. I like pizza very much, so I never refuse to eat it. We do not eat dinner at 5 or 6 o'clock, so if we have dinner early in the afternoon, we feel hungry in the evening.

delicious dinner:Dal Fry, Jeera Rice, Salad and Papad at 8:00 Pm

We had come home after getting lost outside. After coming home, I went to the kitchen and prepared dinner. Today I had dal fry, cumin rice, salad, and papad in my dinner. Today I had my dinner at 8 o'clock. I have my dinner every day between 8 o'clock and 9 o'clock. As soon as you see today's dinner, you will know how delicious it will be.

Wow I love how those avocados look, those casseroles look phenomenal and your husband comes out well prepared to face the day and when he returns with his delicious dinner, he must be pleased my friend, a good cook your wife.

But I don't like the egg and what I think most of the people whenever they will make it they like egg.
