Delicacies of the sea: contest.
He every one how are you doing? It's my pleasure to be here with you guys. I really appreciate this contest by @mvchacin about the delicacies of the sea.
So many things are been gotten from the sea of which I will like to mention few. E.g. crayfish, periwinkle, crap fish etc.
What is your favorite type of fish or seafood?
My best or favorite seafood is 🐟 fish and crayfish. I can not do with it because I use it to cook when ever I want to cook. And the test of it is great in food.
Where do you usually buy fish in the supermarket, popular market, fish caves? Can you share with us the price of your last fish purchases in your country's currency and in steem?
I normally buy my sea food at the market why! Because the price of the market is cheap and very different from the supermarket.
as you can see. I'm at the market buying some crayfish. And this particular side of crayfish that is in the bag is 20,000 naira which is 148 steem, while the one on the table is 100 naira each which is 0. 70 steem.
What is your favorite fish recipe, tell us about it, if you prepare it yourself, or who prepares it at home?
My favorite recipe is paper, onions, salt, seasoning, ginger and garlic. So I use all this ingredients to steam it first before I start cooking it. And I like preparing it by myself to avoid the fish being pics. Also I prepare it at my home.
Give us some recommendations to incorporate fish in our children's menu, since we know that fish is not one of their favorite foods when they are kids.
In my own recommendations I will love to recommend crayfish to all of us. adding fish or crayfish in our children daily food especially crayfish is good. because it contains vitamin b, zinc, iron and promote the body metabolism and also regenerate the body cell.
Conclusion:
Sea food is very recommendable and important to human health. Not only the children but also an elderly people it is recommend that there should consume seafood more than beef or anything related to that.

I also love crayfish, but it is very expensive here. One crayfish will easily cost you +/-80 STEEM.
You guys are so lucky that you can buy it from a market.
We normally buy them from the vendors on the beach when we go to our neighboring country, Mozambique.

Wow that's unfortunate. There is enough crayfish here in. My country is really blessed by God with so many natural resources. But is only our leaders that is making it looks as we have nothing.
