Greetings Chefs!
The colours play a very important role in the presentation of our meals so it is very important to find a balance of colours both for its nutritional value, as for its visual appeal, a meal through its colours opens much appetite, tell me those food where the sauce shines by itself, just by seeing them makes our mouths water.
