Here is @maryamnadeem come once again to take part in Daily selected posts. This is my quality participation in @steemit-ironchef .The title of the post is shami Kabab. So that I am come to share my healthy recipe and yummy recipe. 🌼

In this situation healthy intake is very important to hydrate our body and keep living healthier life with family and friends.

I am not perfect in bake dishes but I tried my best to make good one dish and shared nicely presentation. Hopefully you will appreciate me and enhance my confidence level to share my best ahead🌼

"Lets Start" 🌼

First, remove the pressure and add the soaked lentils and half a kilo ofchicken in this pressure. And put all the spices that I have mentioned above in it and add water as needed and pressure it. It will be pressured well so that the chichen also comes out and the lentil is also cooked.

Mix all the ingredients under pressure and add three cups of water so that our lentils and chicken are cooked well.Try to apply the pressure for about twenty-five minutes to guide well and cook the kebabs well. They are very tasty. My family and my children also eat them very fondly. Whenever a guest comes to my house, I always serve it with tea.

Now our dal and chicken were cooked well, I took them all out and put them in a plate and then put green chilies in it and added onion and one egg and mixed it well.The better you mix it, the better the kebabs will be Cooked.

Remember to add finely chopped green chillies and onions to make our kebabs very tasty.Now you see that I have mixed it well and prepare the kebabs in a separate plate.Some people make very thick kebabs, but the problem with thick kebabs is that they remain raw inside, so try to make smaller kebabs.

Very tasty and delicious kebabs are ready.You guys want to eat it with yogurt or with ketchup because I love it with my ketchup.I hope that you guys will definitely try it at home and tell me too, InshaAllah, I will definitely join you guys in the next recipe, God will take care of you.

Es una receta diferente a las que he visto antes, pero muy original me encanta y seguro tiene un sabor super especial.
