Es un placer estar con uds de nuevo con otra dinámica. Para nadie es un secreto, que la situación socio-económica a nivel mundial esta un tanto difícil y nos la pasamos reinventándonos en la cocina para deleitar a la familia con lo mejor , lo mas sabroso y lo mas económico posible. En esta oportunidad, deseo que compartas con nosotros tu "Tu receta 3B"si, esa receta "Buena, bonita y barata" que tengas en tu repertorio y que pueda sacarnos de un apuro cuando hayan pocos ingredientes en nuestra despensa y dinero en nuestros bolsillos, pero que igual, nos permite comer rico.
Por ejemplo, cuando tengo circunstancias similares en casa, las croquetas de lentejas me ayudan mucho; porque solo con remojar las lenteja la noche anterior, molerlas o licuarlas en la mañana y adobarlas con sal, ajo y aliño; hago unas croquetas de lentejas deliciosas que puedo freír o colocar a la plancha si no tengo aceite; las puedo acompañar con arroz, pasta, con pan tipo hamburguesas o degustarlas solas para merendar y me dejan satisfecha. Y tu? que receta sencilla, fácil y rápida nos puedas compartir que cumpla con las "3B"?¿Cómo puedo participar? |

Es muy fácil, dame los detalles de esa receta "3B" que nos puede ayudar a resolver cualquier momento en nuestras comidas (Desayuno, almuerzo, cena o merienda); descríbenos el procedimiento para llegar a cristalizarla y si tienes algunas fotos propias de la misma, pues mucho mejor. No tienes que hacerla necesariamente, pero si tienes los ingredientes a la mano, Bienvenida sea! porque le daria un plus a tu entrada. Queremos conocer esa receta que con pocos elementos, fácil y rápida de hacer, nos ayuda a darle lo mejor a nuestra familia .
