We have been asked three very nice questions by the community, which we are trying our best to answer correctly.

Talking about traditional food, there is no shortage of such traditional food in my city. There are many foods that most people in our city like, one of them is Satkhira's famous white Sandesh.

People of our city or people of our area like to eat this white Sandesh. Because it tastes as good as it looks. And it requires a lot of work in making it, now its price has increased a little, still everyone's favorite food is this white sandesh.

Cow's milk is used as the main ingredient for making Eki. If you want to make it in your home you can too. A very simple method by which you can make this beautiful white sandesh in your home.

If you want to make a little more, you will need a little more milk. Like you have to take one liter of milk, mix some sugar to make this sandesh, along with you have to use cardamom powder. Then you can use some amount of sand.

When all the ingredients are done, now you have to prepare for making sandesh. First you have to turn the milk into a curd. For which you have to put the milk on the stove and keep stirring it continuously.

When the mixture thickens, check with your finger to see if the glue is really sticky. When you see it has become sticky. Then you have to take it down because there is a chance of burning too much jalale and if it burns it will spoil the fun altogether.

Now take it off the stove and let it dry a bit, like it is like milk. Then stir again with the remaining ingredients. By stirring like this, it will eventually become a beautiful sandesh. You can easily make this recipe at home.

Because it is our rural heritage that makes our traditional foods more popular among others and gives more priority to those who work harder to prepare them.

And the good thing is that you can easily serve it in any event or anywhere for which people like it more than anyone else even though the price is a bit high people love to eat it.
